"Great hotel for young families in Cairns. Close enough to talk to town and to Muddy’s playground, right next door to the aquarium. Fantastic pool which my kids loved and so nice to have some activities during the day and night for the kids/family. Food service is a bit slow at the restaurant but otherwise breakfast is great. Will definitely be staying again when we next go to Cairns."

"Excellent service, housekeeping, location, room size, balcony, bed, amenities, pool, buffet breakfast. As a very minor criticism, the rooms/bathrooms could be due an update, but otherwise the hotel is absolutely perfect and I would definitely re-visit!!"

"This property is in an ideal location. It is close to all the Cairns restaurants but just far enough away to be much quieter than most. It is on the Esplanade and opposite the amazing Muddy's playground area which provides hours of free entertainment for young children. The staff were all helpful and friendly, with special mention going to liv, for her friendly and helpful service.We had a room on the top floor facing the Cairns waterfront and we enjoyed watching all the boats/ships coming and going. I probably shouldn't be sharing this hidden gem as we will definitely want to be returning in the future!"

"From the minute we arrived the staff were professional, engaging and so very friendly! They were quick to answer our questions and gave us some ideas also that were super helpful. The room was quiet and the location was ideal. I had also received, weeks earlier, a welcome letter which was just another way that made us feel welcome. The staff were just wonderful, from reception to the dining / breakfast staff. Not just friendly but above that. They would spend time chatting with us and were always warm and inviting. Thank you for making our stay exceptional "
