"Location was great. Although it was still under construction, it will be beautiful when finished. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was great for breakfast lunch and dinner. Just wish the bathrooms were bigger. They are a little small for a family of four. Will definitely be back once the hotel is completed."

"The rooms were clean and spacious enough at a good price point. The hotel itself had very few flaws. The ice machine on the 6th floor was removed, the one on the 5th worked fine, and the 4th was either shut off or out of service. Also, one elevator was out of service, which made wait times longer, especially during the day when shared with housekeeping. However, all of that was bearable. But no matter how nice and courteous the front desk were, there was a major disconnect between their answers and actions. At check-in my room didn't have face towels. The next morning housekeeping said to call the front desk, I did and they never brought any up, Two days later in the morning before heading to the flea market, I asked housekeeping for fresh towels, face towels, and trash removal. She said tell the front desk. So I talked to the front desk personally and asked for a light cleaning, just trash and fresh towels, and they politely acknowledged. Upon return that afternoon, my room was untouched. I called the front desk and they apologized and said housekeeping was still on-site and aware, and that they would contact them as a reminder. By nightfall, I explained to the receptionist that I've patiently waitied my entire stay for face towels. So she brought two face towels and a drying towel up to the room that night. She said the rest were drying and security would run them up later that night. Eventhough every encounter was pleasant, unfortunately it never happened before check-out."

"Downtown location is great. Walk to Theater and pubs. The pool was nice but lacked food and beverage service. Riverside room had nice views. Staff was great at checking in and in restaurant. Valet Parking was not included and pricey. Try to self park. Breakfast buffet was also pricey but food was good and nice selection. Can stay across the river for 1/2 the price is willing to walk the 3/4 mile to downtown."

"The hotel was in the middle of renovations. Based on that fact, I didn't give my normal high scores across the board. The only part we were disappointed in was a 2hr wait to ck, told they were sold out and very busy but then to find out they also were selling day passes. Including the renovations. That was a bit much."
