"The staff were helpful and the sheets and towels were clean; those are the only positive things I can say about this place. It was run-down and disgusting, truly filthy in many ways. Hairs and bugs were everywhere, stains on walls and floors and ceilings, terrible smells coming from the carpet. The place is in a state of extreme disrepair; don't know how it's part of the Travelodge chain. Upon arrival, the one and only sink was completely clogged - it probably took over an hour to drain. At one point, it backed up and something that looked like either an eyeball or an old grape came out into my sink. it was horrifying. I called reception and asked them to come and remediate this and clean/service the room. Someone came and unglogged the sink so it could be used, thank goodness, but did not clean the room so much as even providing fresh towels or taking out the garbage. There were homeless people in the parking lot at all hours, horrible smells in the hallways, and overall it felt unsafe and truly disgusting."
