"It was perfect for our one night stay. We were there for a concert. Main bed was very comfortable . Place was clean. Didn’t use kitchen/other amenities. About a 2 mile walk from Huntington Bank Field for reference.

"The hotel was excellent however 2 blocks away at a nice park, there were a lot of homeless people laying around and begging everyone coming that way."
"The designers of this hotel knocked it out of the park, it is a beautiful hotel. We traveled with our dogs, who felt very comfortable during our stay. There are 2 nice big grassy areas down the street if you and your pup are up for a little walk, Hanna Plaza and Public Square. It was also close enough to walk to Progressive Field for a baseball game. We would definitely stay here again! Clean, nice staff and good location."
"I loved the location; in the heart of the city. The apartment was lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking was expensive but very convenient and safe. "
"We left Cleveland 40 years ago. I liked the fact that the city is walkable and tourist friendly with many attractions and good restaurants. We especially enjoyed staying at the Hyatt in the historical Arcade."
"Enjoyed our stay here. Location is very convenient to the baseball field and other popular venues. Felt safe and secure in our room and the hotel. Clean facilities, breakfast was excellent and the entire staff that we interacted with were outstanding."
