The hotel is old and in a serious need for renovation. AC is hot and will not go down below 24C. Internet is spotty and slow. Very disappointing.

The room is rather small, but the service is good. everyone is welcoming. walking distance to shopping area is a plus. McDonalds is just outside the door. too bad upon my stay the spa is closed.

Great location for anyone wanting to stay in Bekasi. Safe walking distance to many malls. Friendly staff, and entire hotel is exceptionally clean. Pool area is nice to relax and all food service of top quality. A more comfortable stay than other hotels in area.

All in all is it a good hotel! The service is amazing and the breakfast is also really good! The only thing is that some of the towels were dirty, they really could buy new ones!

overall it's nice. the elevators are slow. water from shower caused bathroom floor to wet. shower is only blocked by half mirror? i'd say poorly designed. during housekeeping the trash wasn't emptied. staff gave wrong info about taxi charge from hotel to airport. she repeatedly said, which i repeated after her everytime, IDR150000 all-in. but when i went down to reception desk it was actually IDR450000.

Good restaurant and hotel
The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The restaurant (Sky Resto and Lounge) offers delicious western food and drink. Expensive if compared to local living standard. The environment is cosy. But a bit dark. You can have a good view of Bekasi at 16th floor. The breakfast buffet at 1st floor choice shop offers varieties of food from local to western. Delicious too. But the environment is a bit dark. Can't really see clearly what the food is.

Nice hotel & breakfast buffet.
Great serbice. Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful the entire stay. Breakfast buffet was excelkent! Plenty of food, many varieties/choices. Extra staff needed to watch kids getting food. They were using serving utensils and putting stuff into their plate (earen). Example: I saw a little boy putting sweet condensed mill on his half eaten martabak (mini pancake). Gross! Obviously, his parents didn’t teach him or watching him doing it. The bathroom tile floor very slippery the same with the shower. We had to be extra careful so we don’t get slip & fall and breaking any bone(s).

The hotel is adjacent to a mall which makes it easy to hunt food or whatever things you forget to bring. Room facilities are not that great compared to the room price. Overall, it's just a pricey hotel with an okay facilities.

The hotel is quite new, and there are numerous food choices around. The front desk need some improvement as there was some miscommunication over the price of my airport transfer and they had to call me multiple times to inform me about it.

horrible location, terrible ignorant staff..
booked a dbl superior room with smoking double bed room but was told that only twin bed available. if smoking nad dbl bed had to upgrade to deluxe with dbl bed. it took 3 hrs to tell that they don't have a wine opener. this is a hotel with 2 lounge bars. I had to take it to the roof top lounge to get it open. The safety deposit box wasn't working and I called the reception 5 times even after the next morning nothing was done. Lazy and ignorant staff. I ll never stay in Aston Hotels again..A rip off..

I have to go to Bekasi every month for working and will stay there for 2-3 night every time, I always selected Aston Imperial as it is closed to the working area and also good hotel. Yeah it is good experience to stay there!

The most comfort simply decorating in Bekasi
First of all everything is good, breakfast good for that price you got more than worth it. The room so nice decorating and bathroom very good, but just less for the exhaust fan, and 1 more light for bright. But I think only one big mistake for aston room, the window, may be too over wide. The curtain of window can't hold up the light from outside fully (even night there is light from Big screen outside). Also for TV quality resolution, Its just looks like not original Channel, I even can't stay to watching more than 15mins because like unclear image...
