Reasonably nice hotel
The hotel is situated near many local foods where many mid-class people will pass by due to bus terminal and will dine and shop. Thus prices are reasonably cheap. I booked a superior room under a promotion rate. When I woke up the next day, I was surprised when I open my curtain. The only view was a dark wall and water pipe. No sunlight and no other view. Gladly there is another superior room available with more sunlight. I recommend the hotel to put guest in a reasonable room rather than wait if the guest do not mind. Especially without giving heads up and hope to expect no complain. The other thing to watch is the hot shower. If they are two people like to enjoy hot shower, it is best not to shower too long. I stayed alone and the water turned cold in the middle of my shower without the ability to make it hot again. The cleanliness of bathroom, tab, shower, water quality in the toilet so it does not smell when we flush or use the toilet jet spray are other things could be improved further. Another aspect is the quality of the mugs for tea, I assume due to not so good quality, the mug is easily get stain if we do not rinse and wash it straight away. Even I did that to a new mug, it still leaves some stain. Other old mugs the stain were too obvious.

Bad getaway
Bad stay. Hotel was not expected to be a 3 star. Lotsa problems faced during the stay. Room service was very slow to respond to problems. Wifi is very bad.

CLEANLINESS IS KEY
I'd go back again but I'd bring along a sleeping bag. Sheets are stained, pillows are smelly, floor wasn't swept and toilet was stained. Other than that, everything else was good, from food to service. What a pity.

Everything is good except not very clean
Ok location, plenty of cabs outside and nearby mall. Room amenities are great, TV with clear channels and rooftop bar. If only this hotel would concentrate on cleanliness (throw away grey towels and smelly pillows pls. Bedsheets are stained as though someone stepped on them, floor was no vacuumed, toilet bowl had stains) Thankfully, no bugs.

the not so cozy hotel
The best thing about the hotel is the friendly staff and good internet. The rest is not good. Shower does not drain and floods bathroom every time. Restaurant selections very limited and just ok. Tge area is not nice and certainly would not venture out after dark. I had to ask to get my room properly cleaned. I will never stay again. Don't be tempted!

Hotel Strategis
Lokasi strategis dan mudah dijangkau. Kondisi kamar cukup bagus dan nyaman, namun tata letak kamar kurang ergonomis. Nakas samping tempat tidur sudah hampir patah. Peralatan mandi disediakan setiap hari tetapi dengan kelengkapan item yg berbeda-beda (hari 1 lengkap, hari 2 tidak lengkap, hari 3 lengkap, dll). Perlu ditingkatkan lagi untuk kebersihan kamar mandi. Menu sarapan kurang variatif karena setiap hari hampir sama. Pelayanan staff biasa saja.

値段相応のホテル
別に設備等の不自由も無く泊まれました。部屋のエアコンのルーバーが動く度に音が鳴るのでうるさかった。エアコンのリモコンの表示が良く解らない。ホテルを見つけるのに苦労しました。地元の人も殆ど知りませんでした。ショッピングモールのパサラヤも徒歩圏内に有りますし両替も出来ます。朝食は6時からです。味はこんなものでしょうか。BLOCK-Mの日本食屋さんの界隈は夜間中々タクシーがつかまりませんので事前に足の準備が必要と思います。

シャワールームとトイレは広いがベッドルームは日本のビジネスホテル程度。内装はほとんどなく若干殺風景だが寝具は快適。寝るだけなら問題なし。隣のデパートの敷地を抜ければ日本食レストランの多いエリアにほど近い。その点における便は良い。

Hotel tidak punya lobi dan tak pantas berbintang. Akses murahan lewat samping hotel dan belum jadi. Akses utama melalui tangga tinggi dan berbahaya! Kamar mandi licin dan bahaya bisa tergelincir! Bayar hotel bisa pakai kartu visa tetapi pembayaran lain seperti makan, minum, di cafetaria yang disebut restoran, berikut laundry HARUS cash, tidak ada fasilitas hotel berbintang! MAkan pagi very poor quality.
