The property has everything within walking distance the staff are well trained from the dining room staff to the reservation desk the only thing I’m making comment the WiFi is not so good sometimes either

Staff were extremely friendly. Hotel is fairly new, therefore it's still in pristine condition. Hotel is connected to a mall, Aquarium and Ice rink. Pool has great view.

You can really feel their fresh new vibes—elegant, bright, and impeccably clean. Loved the easy access to Bintaro Xchange Mall, making it super convenient for a quick shopping or dining trip. Their 24-hour gym is a huge plus, and the local breakfast options were definitely a highlight. And of course, don’t forget to grab their signature cookies before heading home—a little treat that makes the stay even sweeter. 🍪💙 Looking forward to my next stay!
