"Just a one-night stay, but we needed special medical guidance from the lobby staff and the two gentlemen were extremely helpful and supportive in giving us first aid materials and directions to a local clinic. They were very, very warm and friendly. And the hotel overall was pleasant, very well located, and altogether comfortable. We’ll be coming back later this summer."

I had an emergency and needed to check out early in the middle of the night, and the staff were very understanding and made the process easy. They also did not give a hassle about crediting me for the nights I did not stay due to this emergency. "
