"Lovely staff all around. The hotel overbooked and so I was asked if I really needed the room type I requested. I paid full price and booked weeks in advance so I presumed it would be ok. I ended up getting a lower floor room and couldn’t even get extra bedding as the hotel was so crowded. Be mindful this may happen. "

"Room and bathroom were spotless. Great location to everything. There was a late night emergency evacuation and everything moved seamlessly (we were on the 15th floor and made it down in no time). Hotel restaurant and bar were very nice and was a great place for late night relaxing following a day of sightseeing."

"It was a no-frills experience, but a pleasant one! Staff was efficient and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and access was simple and easy. It was warm overnight though, so without any in-room cooling options (other than a small fan you could set up) it could have been a bit more comfortable. Other than that, it was great."
