"The staff was polite and helpful, the view from the room was outstanding, the food was good. The only issue was the noise made by the chairs in the dining room from the 14th floor but if you wake up before breakfast and go to bed after dinner, it is not an issue."

"Room was very nice with balcony. Cleaned twice daily. Change of towels and replenishment daily. Chocolate gift box every evening was a nice touch. Staff very helpful. Lovely breakfast, but would have liked more vegetarian options. Several restaurants on site and several others closeby. Shuttle bus to and from town centre and beach front. The spa section is massive and apparently the largest and best in Europe. Both indoor and outdoor pools and Jacuzzis. Lovely grounds. Just a word of caution, this hotel is in the northern part which is much quieter than the southern part. If you are looking for nightlife and partying perhaps this hotel and this area is not for you. "

"Everything was good, except the view. The bedroom was tidy and clean, we had to ask for additional pillows, but otherwise was ok. Sadly they do not supply the safe free, you have to rent the “lock” on a daily charge of €3 with a €20 deposit, refundable when you return it on check-out. As we like a cuppa first thing in the morning, we had to hire a kettle from the hotel as none was supplied in the room, this came with a deposit of €15 also refundable on check-out. We received 2 cups and saucers, but no tea or coffee was supplied with the kettle, so we had to do a visit to the ‘Hyper Dino’ for tea bags when we went out. We booked this hotel for its location in the town and would have preferred a room at the front as you would have a better view, the rest of the hotel faces high rise blocks of buildings and flats. There is a tiny view of the sea if you can see through the gaps. "
