The staff is very rigid about the check in timing. 3pm mean 3pm. No toothbrush provided and u have to buy your own. Bed is lumpy.
We can feel that the staff did their best for the guests. Essentially I appreciate the parking helper who managed the guest parking for the limited space. It is also convenient to find the places to eat within walking distance.

For an honest review that could help other people - not too sure if this property deserves the title hotel & resorts. It gave me an impression that it was more like an inn rather than a hotel. Overall, it was close to the airport, had all the amenities (although not great) it mentioned in the listing. The facilities and room weren’t very clean. Overall building was poorly air conditioned and reeked of cigarette smoke. Inside the room, we found some stains on the chairs. I wouldn’t come back here but I understand for the price, that’s what I get.

Very clean and staff were hospitable. Some staff cannot speak english but I can tell that they are trying their best to make my stay enjoyable. The only con was that in expedia it said laundry facility available but there was none. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff and front desk were very friendly. The hotel itself is pretty nice looking and professional. The room was nice and spacious. However upon checking in there were hairs in the washroom and in the sink from previous users. The bedspreads had holes which I didn’t mind, but I realized the linens were not changed daily unless there were 3 bedspreads with the same size holes in the same places. Some toiletries were replaced and some were not daily. No toothbrush provided but I liked this because travelers often use 1 a day and it’s wasteful. Great service and location, housekeeping was just okay. I had a housekeeper come in while I was sleeping, maybe implement a housekeeping button or let guests know if they will be coming in. Overall good and comfortable stay.

The hotel is decent, yet I had the following problems:
1. In my room, the bathroom door is HUGE, as big and bulky as the glass doors at the entrance to the Carnegie Hall!!! It made me wonder whether I was sleeping indoors or outdoors!
2. There is no single rail or hook to hang the towels in the bathroom.
3. The front desk staff was courteous but unskilled in canceling a redundant payment.
Think twice before you book this hotel.

제 인생 2번째 최악의 숙소예요. 로비 쇼파는 더러워서 앉기도 싫고 숙소 조명 너무 어둡고 침구에서 머리카락과 치킨 부스러기 발견하고 냄새 났어요. 화장실문은 무거워서 아이들이 열고 닫기 힘들고. 위생상태 전체적으로 불량. 엘레베이터에서는 담배냄새. 이런후기 잘 안남기는데 가족과 오시는분들 다시 한번 생각하시라고 남겨요.
그에비해 가격 너무 비쌌어요. 3만원도 아까운듯
