As you mentioned we don't have enough space for parking so we do provide free ballet parking service. I'm very sorry to hear that you had to go through those troubles. We always get the keys and we remove the car when it blocks the other cars so I will definitely inspect what happened that day and I promise it never happens again. Regarding the scratch on your rental car, I can easily imagine how stressful it was for you.. I'm so sorry for this. Whenever something wrong goes with the car that we park for the guest, we take our responsibility for it surely. If you had to pay the cost for this, please let us know and we will deal with it. 안녕하세요 Junga 고객님, 벌써 여러 번 찾아주셨고 오실 때 마다 악평을 남기시는 이유가 무엇인지요? 객실에 문제가 있으면 바로 말씀을 주셔서 저희가 조치를 취하도록 해주시던지, 불만이 많으면 안 찾아주시면 되는데요. 저희 방향제 사용하지 않고 있고 세탁은 매일 외주로 돌리기 때문에 곰팡이 필 시간이 없습니다. 자꾸 오시면서 저희에게 직접 아무 말씀도 안하시고 매번 이런 식으로 후기를 남기시는 거 매우 불편합니다.
