The restaurant at the hotel closed early and we're not given the option to pay to eat breakfast at the door. There was a lot of noise due to construction at all hours of the day. The room was very hot and unable to adjust thermostat and window opened very little to allow fresh air

Location rules the day
Great location. Walking distance to anything you need. Close to airport. Nice parks in the area for running. Great service and friendly staff. Accommodated anything we asked for on the trip. Great price through hotels.com.

Comfortable hotel
Hotel was located conveniently with convenience store beside the hotel and eateries nearby. Bed was comfortable and bathroom is clean with amenties except that the bathroom is open concept.

Great hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice. Front desk staff were really helpful. It's about a 5 minute walk to the streets with lots of restaurants and shops.

Very nice and clean hotel.
hotel the one is located on a quiet street,but only a few blocks away from the main dining streets. About 10mins walk to the busy shopping/cafe streets of Yeon-Dong. Room is very clean and comfort.

review of The One Hotel Jeju
Hotel is near the Jeju Airport, and a 5min taxi ride to the Jeju intercity bus terminal. Unfortunately, many taxi drivers do not know the location of this hotel, so do come prepared with the hotel's address in Korean and the hotel's telephone number.
