Great location overlooking the sea. Short walk to market, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with a large variety of food both Korean and western. Only thing was the beds were very hard like sleeping on the floor but has been the same elsewhere in Korea. There was also no aircon as winter season, but when asked they resolved this for me.

Common areas are nice, but the room itself could use a deep clean. The bedskirts, curtains, and even the walls were dirty and scuffed up. The beds were like sleeping on a piece of granite.

This place needs a renovation right now. The place is dated. Furniture and floors are peeling. Stains on headboards and windows. Antique bathrooms. The bed is like a water bed that bounces every time you move. It shows its age and not in a good way. Staff were friendly but that's about it

Beware of hotel amenities listed, most of them are below par: laundry, gym, fridge. I chose this hotel due to ocean views and amenities but mostly because it could accommodate 4 people with 3 beds- well, “Futon” is not a bed, just a mat on the floor in an unfurnished bedroom. Some staff at hotel restaurant were just rude and some front desk hotel staff are just not helpful.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to other families and friends because this hotel is easily convenient and have a nice long walkway beside the ocean. Also, the hotel service is very helpful and kind to quickly change rooms to a better ocean view as the first room was very small and tight space with more crowded surroundings and importantly the first room we previously were given wasn't ocean view when we booked for ocean view. Lastly, this hotel was very convenient as there was restaurants and other food places near by the hotel which was walking distance. (I highly suggest eating out at bhc chicken place - tastes very good!).

Property has a convenient store located inside the hotel (open until 2am) which is very convenient. It also offers free parking which is nice as there are likely guests with rental cars. The room itself is of a good size however the bed is very uncomfortable and can use an upgrade. Bathroom is quite small and they also only provide one towel (even though it is a room with one double bed twin). Receptionist is unable to be reached via room intercom. Overall for the price point of this hotel, I think the quality of the room can be improved. The location is convenient and waterfront however I think there are other options in nearby areas

Our first visit to Jeju
In general, nice location by the seaside. Good price for family room. Takes about 10 mins walk to Black Pork Street, shopping street and Dongmun Market. A big supermarket is about 5 mins walk away. Downside for us would be the beds. The mattresses were hard. If they place mattress toppers, it would have made rest more comfortable.

Property had direct and easy access to a CVS. Main lobby has a nice appearance and laundry machines are large. Rooms were not as clean as presented in pictures, AC had issues working correctly (Family room) and gym has limited equipment.

PRO Spacious family room“Dalki” with bunk bed, limited English but workable. Beautiful ocean view CON Sleep on that bed is was the same that sleep on the floor - I request extra comfort to maker more comfy but still bad

Nice stay overall
Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel is a little dated so if you look closely at the walls and furnishing you will see things like rust, wear, etc. But overall it was a nice stay for the price. The location is nice since it's near the water. You can go for a nice walk along the coast and find some restaurants and coffee. The breakfast buffet was decent for the price and the boys l view was nice too.
