The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There are also cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel. It’s close to the intercity bus terminal so that you can easily get a bus to another part of the island for sightseeing.

For jeju, it was right in downtown so all the taxi drivers knew how to get there. Very nice staff and clean. Rooms are typical on the smaller size like Japan so if you have a family of 4 with lots of luggage make sure you get a bigger room like a suite so your family is more comfortable

It was a pleasant stay. The only drawback about our experience was that despite being a smoke-free property, there was a distinct smell of cigarettes in the bathroom.

Locations is great but room furniture needs to be replace is in bad condition. Compare to other hotels with lower rating it was disappointing. On the positive side staff was exceptionally great.

I do not recommend

Cons: The room was dirty and dusty. The curtains, furniture, and floor was stained with some Brown stuff. The staff did not speak sufficient English. Some of the staff seemed indifferent and others seemed friendly. The fitness center was closed one of the days. The breakfast did not meet our expectations Pros: A convenience store was located in the hotel

comfortable hotel

This stay was part of a family and friends adventure for a child's birthday as well as a couple of first time visitors to Jeju. We had a good time. The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places. When we checked in, one of the meal cards for the second room was missing, however, when we asked for it, it was quickly corrected. Staff speak multiple languages, so communication was easy. The breakfast was really tasty and convenient. There were a variety of options to suit a variety of taste preferences. There were a couple of weddings in the hotel during our stay which was fun to witness - changing of the couple's posters in the lobby. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The beds could have been more comfortable for us - however, they were fine for the length of time and the purpose we were there. I would like to have had heavier blankets available. The shades were useful for blocking light which let us sleep just a little later. The staff were kind overall. We asked to use a table in the cafe at the end of the day to play a card game and were told we could not, and the staff did not suggest an alternative even when asked. Staff could have been more helpful in that regard. We ended up playing on the floor in one of the rooms for our group. The hotel was close to several restaurants and to bus stops.

Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - outside the city center, nevertheless easy access to bus network and within 10 mins taxi ride to Jeju airport. Plenty of convenience stores within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and very spacious with king size bed and sofa. Bed was medium firm. Shower water pressure was strong. Check-in and check-out is straightforward.
