Stayed in this guesthouse in April 2016. It's close to jeju intercity bus terminal and the cherry blossom street. The rooms are clean too.Choose this accommodation for the second time as it is conveniently located to bus terminal and it's previous hospitality. However, I had a disappointed experience this time. My parents and I were not happy with the 'hopitality' received from a young korean lady who spoke in Mandarin. We preferred to speak in English but she communicated with us rudely in Mandarin throughout our stay. During my check in on 16/9/2017, my mom asked her for direction to go to the bus terminal. As she gave us the wrong information, I asked her again for clarification. She was impatient and was rude in a way that she turned to my mom and said 'didn't I tell you just now?. There was another occasion whereby she replied 'isn't this the on button?' when I approached her to help us in switching on the tv. I hope the management will look into the training of this staff to improve on her communication and her resorces on tourist information eg basic thing like giving correct direction to the intercity bus terminal.
