Staff was awesome and allowed us to check in early. Very comfortable and quiet stay at the Shila; close proximity to Jeongju Hanok Village and other cultural sites. There was even a sauna and other amenities close to the hotel; great location.

Beds were very comfortable that I could have deep sleep. Rooftop restaurant located on the 11th floor is beautifully decorated and the staff working at there was so kind and agreeable. No meed to mention tasty food at the rooftop. Except concierge desk service, I recommend this place and would like to visit again.

The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast café was particularly good. The rooms were comfortable and overall well-maintained. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The coffee service was disappointing. The room only had one instant coffee packet and an old coffee pot, instead of a modern coffee machine with multiple options. Additionally, guests are not allowed to take coffee from the breakfast bar to their rooms, which I found inconvenient.

We didn’t have any views. There was a big billboard instead when I opened the window. They felt sorry and offended a coupon for a cup of coffee. The bathroom was designed poorly. The breakfast was good though. A lot of options.
