Dear Jarrod,Thank you for giving us from your time to post a review to improve our service, first of all we appreciate your comments so much and we will work hard to improve and change the things you have mentioned.We already replied and we will explain it again, you mentioned the unexpected fees talked about vat and we said that was unexpected fees thats why the clerk mentioned that he was doing his job, there you mentioned in private but in public you just mentioned the clerk attitude but you forgot to mention « the real case » which is arguing the Tax law commitments as a worker to charge and do his job according to the law » you asked not to be charged and he explained for you the reason and some of your guests that don’t have the B2 cards required to remove the Vat according to the law.You didn’t accept the decision and we said to you that the clerk tamer is a good one and apologized for you but also you posted a bad review about him even that he apologized your right to do so…Hope your next stay will be better and we will work hard to make it better for sure and improve it always.Kind Regards

Hello Dear Lisa,First of all we would like to thank your for giving us couple of minutes of your time to write a review that would without any doubt make us take care of the very small and important issues and points and fix them and improve them in the future. according to your reservation we see that you have got exactly the same room type that you have reserved our superior rooms are 23M and they are fit very well for 2 adults and we always have good comments and nice reviews about them but some other guests prefer the bigger rooms which are the deluxe rooms and they are 28M and more comfortable and they pay for an upgrade or they order them directly. in fact we tried to upgrade your room but according to our availability unfortunately we couldn't ! we didn't have the chance to, and since your stay was not for a night or two nights and was for 6 nights according to our polices your upgrade needs to be with extra payment and since you didn't complain and didn't ask for it we didn't have the chance really to make it or even offer it with a special price. hope next time you come and we will make our best to host you as you excepted and more than that.Kind Regards
