"Io mi sono trovato molto bene: staff superlativo (sia lo staff reception che gli addetti pulizie), cordiale, si vede che sono professionisti. Parcheggio ampio, meglio delle aspettative. Posizione buona. Ma la stanza era un 4mq a farla grossa ed insieme alla colazione sono le cose che potrebbero dare fastidio: non ho mai visto un quattro stelle con camere 4x4 con pareti in cartongesso, nonostante la gentilezza dello staff che ci ha messo al quarto piano sentivo la signora della camera accanto...

"Love the location of the place , had a beautiful apartment two streets away from St Marks Square. Nice simple breakfast was also included, great way to start the morning. We were checking out at 4 am ,to catch an 8am flights back to NY , so 24/7 front desk is also great . Absolutely love our stay in Venice, thanks to the hotel stuff for making it flawless."
