"Great experience! One thing really stand out was how inclusive they are. I saw an amazing staff hired who had special needs and she was one of the most wonderful person I came across during my breakfast where she was serving hot tea!"

"Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The property was clean, well maintained, and had a wonderful ambience. The staff were courteous and professional throughout my visit, with the restaurant team deserving special appreciation for their exceptional service. The only issue that left me disappointed was the pricing of a small can of moong dal from the minibar. I was charged ₹296 for an item whose printed MRP was ₹83. I find it difficult to understand how such a significant markup can be justified. If this is a Taj-branded product with different pricing, that is one thing, but if it is the same retail product, charging more than three times the MRP feels excessive and unfair. This experience came as a surprise, especially given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. It unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay, and I felt it was important to mention it in my review."

"The hotel provided all the essential amenities like hair dryer, bathing essentials, kettle, and bottled water, etc. The staff was helpful and provided us with a room upgrade. The gym, swimming pool, and bathtub were nice, and the spa services were really good. The location is walkable and near to many cafes. The in-house restaurants are also top-notch but were a little expensive. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the room was awesome. The only negative was that the TV was not a smart TV. Overall, it was a really nice stay."
