房務人員需要在加強訓練
打電話跟民宿老闆娘反應我退房11點 時間還沒到 10:05竟然有人開門進來，我們還穿著內褲還躺在床上欸 嚇了一大跳 很誇張 我也還沒退房 房卡也還沒還 房間的暗鎖也有鎖 重點房務人員要打掃也該先敲門看房客是否退房了沒 不是嗎 有一點要說的是老闆娘很親切

整體來說一般般 硬體設備：普通、基本的水準 看得出使用有一定年限 服務上，完全感受不出來有什麼特別的，鞋子還要放外面，挺麻煩的 照片是一回事，入住的房間又是另一回事。 不會再入住

雖然因為別間房客過度使用熱水，導致停水，但是民宿老闆得知後盡快處理，也因為我們連續兩晚過夜，有特別確認是否需要幫我們補充備品、備品要放在門口或者房間，再再感受到非常貼心

讓人流連忘返的好地方 配合山景彷彿置身在世外桃源 大推
老闆娘非常熱情好客，整個居住品質不輸五星級飯店的感受，室內地板一塵不染，內部裝潢每間房型各有風格，卻不失典雅，十分推薦的好民宿！ 令人想要一去再去，外圍還有小戲水池，小孩不怕沒地方跑！

享受田園風光的好去處
房間裝潢新穎，還有陽台可看田野風光。 鬧中帶靜，離吉安市區不遠。 唯隔音較差，熱水不夠熱！

我們位置位於寧靜的田野，當天有其他小孩嬉鬧聲（尖叫），導致聲響特別明顯，熱水部分因當天同時太多人盥洗，導致來不及加熱，您反應後已將水溫調高至最高，設備部分我們隔音方面已採用厚重的防火隔音門，熱水器部分採用業界頂級的A.O史密斯熱水器，沒想到百密一疏，非常抱歉！
