The hotel is sulk!
Very terrible experience in my live. We couldn't find any single staff or person-in-charge around when we need some helps. Breakfast was included in our booking package but was not available. Even couldn't find the place of eatery. What the hell of the service!!

Never again book this hotel
Arrived check in, did not provide the room we booked from the internet, the hotel was advise if we want our room booked required extra fee. So in other words, the price post on Expedia is NOT A TRUE ROOM PRICE. Could Expedia please investigate why id that. On that cold winter night the hotel hot water services just barely warm, actually not warm enough to take a quick shower. Room's amenity below standards, overall is a very very bad experiences to have a night . Very disappointed.

離五峰旗最近的一家民宿
約下午三點Check in 進入一樓等待約15分鐘都沒服務人員 打電話給服務人員，有立即下來幫我們處理 若用不到早餐可折抵房價是很好 對於早餐的期待無需太高 就是一般般的鐵皮屋的中西混合式早餐 房內冷熱水已開15分鐘還是不穩定 以上總結，若無賽事舉辦在五峰旗 應該會在考慮附近的民宿入住

優點 1. 老闆很熱情. 2. 備品完善. 3. 有早餐券可以去附近早餐店用餐. 4. 旁邊就有台灣好行站牌. 5. 安靜. 缺點 1. 距離鬧區較遠. 2. 隔音不太好. 3. 浴室門有點髒.

有歲數的民宿
服務員的態度很好也很親切， 但是民宿的客廳環境沒有說很好，正如一般家庭養狗，擺設玩具，並且沒有電梯，所以服務員親自幫我們送行李。 另外廁所的整潔度不佳，木質牆壁已有青苔，洗手台水龍頭搖擺似要掉落， 和室房間的床墊厚度過薄，以至於睡起來像睡地板般不舒服，床上偶爾會出現地上的碎屑， 所以整體的住宿品質沒有很好。

雖遠離鬧市，但都值得一住。
整體而言，都不錯，但早餐之提供不理想，洗手間若附設有企缸沖涼會更好。

老闆人很親切，房間整潔舒適。
老闆人很親切，房間整潔舒適。有提供50元早餐券，可至附近早餐店使用。四人和式房有露天湯屋，浴池很大看出去View不錯，但屋頂是半開放的，非密閉空間會透風，冬天可能會有點冷。房間裡備有除濕機，冷暖空調。因為是和式，所以床鋪是薄床墊，建議可換厚一點的床墊，睡起來較為舒適。整體而言還算不錯，下次會再考慮入住!

因為提早到，老闆很親切的先準備我們訂的房間讓我們入住，離市區一點點的距離而已，但享有很安靜的環境

這次住宿沒住到原本訂的房間,雖然房東很熱心的幫忙找尋其他合適的 最後住到一間雖然坪數衛生看起來不差 但是最不滿意的地方是泡澡的溫泉浴缸,誠心希望可以有所改善! 但我要說原房東算是個蠻願意協助的人故在此給3顆星 其它就.....效果達不到預期有些失望

不錯的體驗
老闆人超熱心，有需要的他都會儘量幫忙，還有免費腳踏可以騎，不是每間房間有溫泉可以泡，這在入住前需確認。
