"Nice place but confusing. Numerous hotels in one building. Some might like not having people to deal with but I am not one of those people. Everything is through the email and that can be bad. I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it.
Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. "

"The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. However the walls are very thin and the noise curfew was not enforced at all—people were up until 3:30 am partying in public areas—making it difficult to fall asleep.
The rooms could also use better locks to ensure they can be locked from inside.
Overall, a great place if you want to be near Busan but not in the city. Just needs more in terms of the noise curfew enforcement. "

"Lovely massive kitchen which we out into good use. And it has a dedicated laundry which was immaculate and clean. The rooms were spacious and great views of the ocean.
The only draw back is the location - it is a bit far from busan but close to Lotte outlet and Lotte world so depends what you are after."

"Great location super close to Haeundae beach and the main tourist road ! This is not a typical hotel offering daily house keeping etc. I don’t need them anyway- I’m mostly in do not disturb mode- or you could request one for a good price!. Room came with ample storage to put away our stuff, a washer that we loved after kids went to the beach, bathroom was clean and modern. Bed was comfy too! We would love to come back!"

"Check-in was very smooth. Friendly and very kind staff who can speak in English.
Room was very clean. Ocean view room was just as I saw on the website. Separated shower room and bathroom were great. Very spacious room. Only thing was that, there were no bath towels. There were only hand towels. For me it was okwith no bath towels, there were more than enough for 2 people for 2 nights. Location was great. Close to the beach. "room was very clean and the staff are very nice. breakfast was also delicious. hoped each day had menu differently but still satisfying. Will come back."
"Amazing location, only a minute walk to the beach. Very close to the market, many bars, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was really flavourful and plenty, consists of Korean dishes and some basic western. Wifi was fantastic, staffs were helpful and we appreciated the free laundry machines.
Bathroom looked odd and plasticky at first (similar to a cruise ship bathroom) but i didn’t have any issues with it, loved the rain shower head with superb water pressure. I’d imagine if you’re a large framed person, it maybe tight for you including the toilet."
"Apartment is huge, very modern, excellent views, brand new.Only negative is that everything is written in Korean and is difficult to operate.Toileteries are very basic. One bathroom did not have shampoo."
"This place was top of the tier!! The staff is SO kind and helpful. We met a great person who was also BTS army and we chatted everytime we ran into her. You can’t ask for a better stay. The pools and other amenities are so high class! Best place I have ever stayed at."
