"First, I want to say that everyone on the staff here is so kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed getting to know Bakul. She made us feel very at home and helped us enjoy our stay. The security measures also made us feel very safe. Also, our room itself was very clean and the housekeeping seemed to be done well. And it is very convenient for getting to the airport quickly, especially Ina city with difficult traffic like Dhaka is. Unfortunately, there were a few issues: our TV only got local...
