Top John Hancock Hall Hotel Reviews
The Midtown Hotel MOD Collection by Sonesta
10/10 Excellent
"We showed up late morning and while our room wasn’t ready, we parked the car, toured around and then got the room around 230. Good spot and good times in Boston"
Hotel AKA Back Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Great spot…very clean…great accommodations!"
Fairmont Copley Plaza, Boston
8/10 Good
"The common areas are beautifully historic as are the rooms. The rooms could definitely use new furniture and carpet. The beds and pillows are fabulous. The TV is adequate. In the closet is an iron and board, as well as a steamer. A safe, slippers and robe are provided as well as shoeshine and shoehorn. A Nespresso is provided with regular coffee and decaf pods. There is a kettle and about 4 choices of teas. A coffee service is provided. As far as the bar, full and small bottles of wine, small bottles of alcohol, mixers, soda and still/sparkling water are provided as well as glassware and wine opener. I don't know where there is ice other than at the restaurant. There is no microwave. The snacks range from trail mix, M&M's, cookies, etc. The room service menu for lunch/dinner does not have a good selection for vegetarians. The restaurant on the main floor looks very warm and cozy. It was quiet even though there were a lot of families present. It is within walking distance of many boutiques and restaurants. Also, within walking distance of Fenway Park. Lovely staff and the doorman we encountered was particularly kind and helpful."
Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
8/10 Good
"The Omni was overall a fantastic hotel to stay in. The location was great. The staff was very approachable and friendly. There was always someone there to help. It was convenient to have restaurants on site as well as 24 hour room service. We stayed in an artist king studio. The room was clean and tidy. The view was stunning. Although for the price of this place I do have a few complaints. I really wish the room had a microwave. Plus, I wish there was free breakfast available. While the restaurants are great they were very pricey for a simple breakfast. I know there was something available for a discount on the 5th floor for a limited time in the morning but that still came at a price. In the end, I would still recommend staying here because of the pros out weighing the cons."
Boston Marriott Copley Place
10/10 Excellent
"At check-in, Julia Mc was so friendly and welcoming. She noticed I would be celebrating my b'day during my stay. She asked if it was my first time in Boston and she gave me a few room choices to ensure I had great views. Julia really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, and she surprised me with some birthday treats too. I can't say enough about how amazing she is!! Annie kept the room clean and neat when I was away sightseeing. She even noticed when my daughter joined my trip and left us extra towels without us having to ask. Everyone I met at this Marriott was incredibly nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance to local sights and great restaurants."
The Godfrey Hotel Boston
10/10 Excellent
"1st time in Boston. Great location. Coffee shop attached to the lobby, just try to get there between 7a-7:30a to avoid a lot of foot traffic. Pastries, breads, avocado toast, salmon toast, very tasty, all kinds of coffees. Valet very helpful, there is a self-park lot walking distance if you dont want to pay for Valet service. Snacks and drinks are readily available in the room included. I requested a rollaway bed and had it in my room in less than 10 min. ALL of their staff is super kind, helpful and welcoming. Will be staying there again."
Seaport Hotel Boston
10/10 Excellent
"Room service would be useful and a better stocked convenience store within the hotel is needed."
The Revolution Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A great value! The shared bathroom thing is only a minor inconvenience. It's essentially a room that has 6-ish doors, each with their own toilet and shower, so it's very private. Be aware that they don't straighten your room everyday either. Overall, for what we spent, it was worth giving up these little things."
Hilton Boston Park Plaza
10/10 Excellent
"Located in a great part of downtown Boston, it’s incredibly clean and the rooms are nice. I really like the common areas, and the gym was great for a full body workout."
