Hotels near Johnson Farm

"Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage. The list goes on. We cancelled our reservation after being denied another room and left. They said Expedia would issue the refund. Expedia claimed the hotel was the only one who could approve the refund. The hotel lied and said there were “no issues” & that the booking was completed & successful. Outright lies. It took over 2 months to get a refund and we got it ONLY by filing a claim through our bank. Never, ever again with this hotel or chain! "
