"The hotel is convenient as it’s accessible to public transport such as bus and you’ll be collected from the airport by the shuttle bus.Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and has air conditioning but noise isn’t minimised as it’s not soundproof. Overall, I had a good time in the hotel and thanks for your hospitality."

"The evening check in gentleman was very nice and accommodating. We wound up staying 2 nights. There were a few things to mention that were not quite up to standards. The first was the bathroom. The ceiling tiles in the shower were loose and uneven-as if they were going to come down any minute. Then directly above the toilet the ceiling was actually pushed in and you could see the venting system ‘hoses’. The thing is, you don’t notice this right away. I didn’t see it until the second day. With these problems we opted not to shower. The other thing was the language barrier with the maid service… We needed the room cleaned but she didn’t do that. We thought she understood but she did not and we only got towels and another pillow. All in all it was clean and staff was very friendly. And in my book that goes a long way!!!"
