"Has to call the front desk twice about loud music next door. We traveled all day and didn’t even arrive until 11pm. It looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in. There was a whole in the door. Pieces of drywall in the entrance when you walked into the room. Front desk was not all that helpful."

"This is a stunning hotel. I kept thinking I may not fit in with the clientele! If I have a complaint it’s the same throughout Europe, and that is, no top sheet on the beds, just a duvet with a cover. But the duvet is too hot middle of the night and way too cold with nothing covering me. But that’s not a slight on this hotel, just a general comment on all the hotels I’ve been in this trip. The staff are terrific with good English, breakfast I thought was excellent. My daughter used the gym each day and said it was really good and very clean. "

"A little out of the "touristy" areas but a 15 minute walk takes you there if that is your thing. Room very large and the accessible bathroom (we requested) was excellent. Wheelchair turning space in both the room and the bathroom. Large, very comfortable bed - good lighting, quality soft furnishings and towels. Windows that open. Breakfast substantial and breakfast room staff very good. Three lifts (elevators) and a lovely reception area. This hotel has been remodelled from an older building and they have kept a lot of the decor and features which gives it a lot of personality. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you Movenpick."

"We stayed in the room with multiple beds which are in the ground floor. It feels like a bunker. There are no windows and ceilings are low. The air conditioning was an issue. We couldn’t set it up the way we wanted and had to ask the front desk to program it. Still it didn’t work properly and the room got very hot in the middle of the night, every night. There was also a leak in our shower enclosure; I told the staff but nothing was done about it. Location isn’t very nice. For the positives, hotel is new, beds were very comfortable and shower was great. Having said that, it is modern but doesn’t perform well. I wouldn’t stay there again. "
