Then after not the most amazing stay with a boiler problem and cold showers, also no heating in the room, (it was cold), we were apologised too and refunded our breakfast. We will give this hotel another chance but were close to not doing so."

"I arrived pretty late and I was the last one to check in, the lady who assisted me was polite and helpful. My room was smart and warm. By the way parking was a breeze, didn't struggle to get space. Slept well and the hot full English breakfast was a delight to have. Place is cosy, warm, clean and has exceptional staff. 10 out of 10..."
