"Great staff and service"

"The staff were super nice and very friendly and helpful. The also upgraded our room which was really good! The food was also great z!"

"Very enjoyable stay!"

"Arrived at the hotel, that we had used many times before and much liked, to find a building site. Totally covered in scaffold with upper floors and external areas being remodelled and extended. Very noisy and dusty. We left after a short stay. The staff were very sympathetic and embarrassed. There no mention of any of this through the booking process in spite of email contact with the hotel or from Expedia who actioned the arrangement. Very disappointing."

"Great staff and nice restaurant"

"it was nice for me."

"There was nothing unique, the room was very ordinary the glass facing the road wasn't clean at all. The shower rae was clogged with water."

"Is niet naar onze maatstaven voor het geld wat je ervoor betaald . Men verstaat hun vak niet . Raad het niemand aan .🙏 "

"Check in was 2pm. Room not ready untill 4.20 pm No soap in liquid dispensers x2"

"A disappointment, would not recommend anyone to start there, there are no kitchen facilities, you eat in your room Shower & toilet very tiny space Bed really hard "

"Hotel location is the main attraction other then that as for as the rooms are concerned 😔 The rooms were not clean amenities in room were not adequate, they had hot water catle and tea sugar etc. but no tea cups . Toilet were not clean you could see the dirt on wall tiles and around the sink. Curtains were not properly closing hence even if you wanted to sleep an extra hour after a long day the day light didn't let you enjoy your sleep. Over all I would not recommend this hotel to any one "
