"It's clean but not sparkling. It is dated and a bit tired. Everything works it's just to be a top hotel it is on need of updating. The pool needs an overhaul. Don't go on the photos. "

"This Hotel was booked for the convenience of resting up after a long flight and freshening up prior to the long flight home. I was impressed by the Staff and the nice quiet rooms. The old issue of noisy Guests in the corridors has been resolved by signage reminding People that other Guests may be sleeping. Breakfast was very nice and the Reception Staff did remind us upon check-in not to leave the Airport building without a supplied pass to re-enter as Security is very strict."

"The service at this hotel Oberoi was one of the best service I have ever received from any hotel I have stayed at. I have stayed at many hotels in the world and this is my favourite hotel. The staff service was excellent. The Duty Manger Shivansh Kansal service was excellent. He was very attentive to all the guests and also made sure that my time at the restaurants was very comfortable and helped me with all my requests. The food was superb and was off very high quality. You could tell the ingredients were of very high quality. The Assistant Front Office Manager Meet Aurora service was very good. He made all my requests were attended to and was very helpful. The Spa Team was very good and there service was excellent. The Spa Manager Rajkumari Prativa Devi service was excellent. She and her team were so accommodating and were always ready to help and gave excellent service. Right from the Massage, Gym and Swimming Pool the experience was very memorable. Special Thanks to Santosh for the great service he had provided at the Spa. His service was excellent. The Lifeguard at the Swimming Pool Razak was very helpful and gave excellent service. Limile gave a very good massage.. The other staff Abhay Dombe, Hmingi, Jessica and W,Khongleh Warden service was also excellent. I had an excellent experience at this hotel and was treated like a Rockstar. I will always remember this experience and will definitely come back to this hotel when I am back in Mumbai for my future visits to Mum"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a nightclub that blasts music till 4am every night of the week on the top floor and it kept me awake on the second floor.There is no escaping it,you have been warned! Staff do not care,wifi is lousy and is constantly dropping out. I was booked for two weeks and staff refused to give me a refund so I could go and stay elsewhere.Totally unbelievable. Worst stay anywhere in my life."

"Ideal location for a visit to Juhu Beach area. Staff were fantastic, so friendly. Hotel inside was spotless. Breakfast had a good variety of food both hot and cold. Nice pool to relax away from the madness of Juhu. Nice big room with a view of the beach. Allan and Dwayne never let our glasses run dry by the pool. Airport transfer service was 1st class. All in all, probably the best hotel in the area."
