"O Hotel em si é bom, porém a recepcionista foi super mal educada pois ela mesmo não sabia como era feitas as reservas pelo Hotels.com e nos disse que só tinha a reserva de um quarto, e não dois. Depois de ser bem grosseira, ela encontrou. Outro ponto é que como fomos a um show e chegamos já era de manhã, as pessoas que faziam o serviço para arrumar os quartos falavam extremamente alto, todos os meus amigos acordaram mesmo em quartos diferentes"

He did mention the fact that it was not his intention to be harsh. But, he was. Anyway, i need to say this is quite the opposite behaviour i found before. For now i will take it as one off. Just wish it does not happen anymore. He could easily ask the checking manager the information he needed , without creating a mess. On the opposite direction. I had an amazing interaction with people at the coffee break dining. The woman helping with the omelette was extremely efficient and generous"
