"The hotel is one elevator away from the Shopping Tamboré -very convenient. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious - typical of Brazilian hotels with rolls, Brazilian cheese bread, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. One issue I had (and that seems to be a common feature in Brazilian hotels) is that they do not have a room that accommodates a family of 4. I had to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. They were able to give us the rooms next to each other, though. And they gave the second room for half the price - some sort of "family deal.""

The car parking agent at the door kept on arguing with with me that my car was not there and it did not match my room number. I tried to help giving him details of what was in the car. To what he replied it was not enough. I had to be tough an reply, after several kindly tentative, that I wanted my car. I had paid for them to park it. It was not my fault the incompetence. Fernando the checking manager at the time was coming out and supported me, nice of him.
It is sad to mention that somebody just before me asked for the car keys without any room number and he just gave.
Please be attentive to people serving your audience. He did mention the fact that it was not his intention to be harsh. But, he was.
