"The last time I stayed, the shower was warm and the hot tub was out of order. I was hoping that 3-4 days in-between my stays the hot tub would have be repaired. Not the case and the shower in the room had one temperature, HOT! "

"Everything was filthy. I killed 6 bugs in my bathroom (3 different species!). There were no cups to use. The bed was so mushy and uncomfortable. It shouldn’t have been part of your program. I could go on, and that is not my style, but won’t. I would rather have stayed at the bus depot. "

"Different from advertisement. I travel very often for work but this is another place I will never stay at again and should be taken off of this app because it makes it look bad. Heater in building was broken. No towels, No TV, Microwave, No breakfast as advertised, nothing that was listed like it showed. Room had bad odor and needs better housekeeping. Slums. Lots of night action. Homeless and the obvious drug addicts. Also the upstairs unit flooded my lower room and they did not have any accommodations. Front desk was new and didn't know procedures. No help. Thankful to Hotels.com who right away help me relocate."
