"Easy parking, clean environment. The phone in room didn’t work and there were no batteries in the remote, but the front desk was prompt in fixing the remote issue. Only weird part was when I was sleeping before my work meeting and I received a call from the front desk asking if I was smoking in my room because they could smell it and I was the only one on the side. I was in fact not smoking and sleeping… no other issue came of it. Just found that odd."

"Friendly, clean and quick responses to requests. Harvey in maintenance was friendly and quickly resolved our heating question. Front desk and breakfast teams were helpful and friendly. Stayed last year and again this year due to their staff. Would recommend staying here especially if in the area for the conference center."
