"The last time I stayed, the shower was warm and the hot tub was out of order. I was hoping that 3-4 days in-between my stays the hot tub would have be repaired. Not the case and the shower in the room had one temperature, HOT! "

"We checked into our room late at night and when we were getting ready for bed then sheets were dirty had hairs all over the head rest had some nasty stuff on it also the sink was dirty and when we had left the next day our room wasn’t cleaned so we just took off the sheets and used our own blankets they offered us a refund, but since we worked with you guys, they weren’t able to, so I was hoping you guys were able to do something"

"Different from advertisement. I travel very often for work but this is another place I will never stay at again and should be taken off of this app because it makes it look bad. Heater in building was broken. No towels, No TV, Microwave, No breakfast as advertised, nothing that was listed like it showed. Room had bad odor and needs better housekeeping. Slums. Lots of night action. Homeless and the obvious drug addicts. Also the upstairs unit flooded my lower room and they did not have any accommodations. Front desk was new and didn't know procedures. No help. Thankful to Hotels.com who right away help me relocate."
