"I did not feel safe at this hotel. It is very run down, the linens were stained, the sealing in the bathroom over the tub was hanging down, someone started playing loud music at 4am, one lady started yelling obscenely from the balcony at someone down in the parking lot, and there were roaches in the room. I checked out a day early so I wouldn’t have to stay there another night. "

"I was greeted very rudely with the insístanse that my service dog was a pet. I was forced to sign intake papers that had the line stating that I acknowledged and accepted (illegal) pet charges for my service dog filled with my initials by the woman behind the desk. This interaction made my whole stay much more stressful than necessary. They illegally put us in a pet room and took away the room I wanted. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), you are not restricted to a pet room when staying at a motel with a service animal. Hotels cannot restrict service animal users to specific pet-friendly rooms, nor can they charge a pet fee, though you may be charged for damages Key Service Animal Regulations in Motels: Room Access: You must be given the same opportunities to book any available room as guests without pets. No "Pet" Designation: Service animals are not considered pets, so "no pet" policies and designated pet-friendly rooms do not apply to them. Fees: Hotels cannot charge a service animal cleaning fee, but they can charge for damages. Control: The animal must remain under your control at all times. Once they saw that my dog was an excellent service animal they conceded that she indeed was but there was no offer to restore my original reservation. The majority of the employees were pleasant enough but I am still waiting for the itemized invoice I requested and was promised. They are certainly not up to snuff for the Radisson name. "

"Jack C. checked us in and was not pleasant. She seemed annoyed to be helping us. Room was okay—nothing special. Breakfast okay—some food cold. Pool was closed at 9:00 next morning when it should have been open because they had to clean it. Had to wait half an hour in swimsuits. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not sure why it has 9.2 rating."

"My stay was generally good. There are plenty of options for leisure & amenities surrounding the hotel. 24-grocery store, plenty of options to eat, several bars about 10 minutes up the road. Breakfast was good, more than just cereal and toast. Pancakes, frittatas, cheese omelettes, and sausage patties were additional options. Lavazza coffee is available, which is a pretty great brand. The only huge con was the air conditioner in my room (421). It was aggressively loud. It sounded like an airplane taking off every time it came on. It woke me up out of my sleep several times. I didn't wanna deal with the hassle of moving rooms so I just bought earplugs or turned it off on the colder days since I was only there for three. The other cons were minor inconveniences like the ice machine being on one floor and no dairy-free options for creamer. Also, the coffee is not available for 24 hrs as advertised (none available when I had to leave for a 4:30am flight). Overall, my stay was good just make sure that air-conditioner doesn't wake the dead, lol. "

"Hotel was clean. Nice parking area. Breakfast was good. Hotel beds are old and worn so sleeping was really difficult. And not a good night sleep. Besides that everything was good. Would come back when they get new mattresses. "
