They tried to put us in a group to do all the same excursions as a group. We opted out of the excursions, which all cost extra. Wanted to relax by the pool but cool weather settled in for a few days. "Lacking basic necessities. Electricity limited to 4 hours a day. After 10PM the whole lodge goes pitch black in the middle of the jungle. No furniture in your room except for a bed with no cushioning and rough bedsheets. No hot water. Not even soap or a small mirror in bathroom. Rough unfinished wood on walls.
