"I stayed here 33 years ago and was so happy that the Vancouver hadnt been replaced with another high rise or gone over to the sketchy side like so many other small motels I used to stay in. Yes, it is old and it shows in places. You won't find the newest furnishings here. If these things bother you, don't stay here. What you will find is a clean and comfortable room that is steps from the ocean, a clean pool, and your vehicle. Check in took all of 5 minutes and our room was exactly as pictured, clean, and well stocked with towels. It is a pet friendly motel but there wasnt any evidence of that in our room. The beds werent the latest, but they had snow white sheets and fluffy pillows and we had no trouble sleeping in them. Good clean cold refrigerator and AC unit that had no trouble keeping the room cool in the heat wave we had that week. We come for the beach and this is the perfect place to enjoy it without waiting on an elevator or going through a lobby to get there. Convenient shower to rinse off. Staff was friendly and never far away. The atmosphere felt safe and was so relaxed, and we met some very nice people staying there. It was easy to get in and out to go places and we had plenty of dining options less than 10 minutes away. We extended our stay there and have already booked a room for next month. Safe to say that this will be our go-to for Myrtle Beach!😀"

"Great property for kids. Took grandkids 10 and 12 yrs old. They enjoyed 2 Lazy Rivers, 2 outdoor pools and waterslides. No restaurants on location however Walmart supermarket and Walmart Supercenter within 10 - 15 minutes. Stayed in large 2 bedroom, full kitchen with washer and dryer. Stocked kitchen for lunch,and snacks but ate out for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of restaurants and things to do with 5 - 20 minutes. Staff was great! Beac across the street can walk or take shuttle. Basketball court was perfect for our grandson. Loved it would definitely go back again! If you have kids recommend going to the restaurant "Hangout " so much fun and lots to do at that location. "
