I loved that my room had a washer and stove, and a water boiler so I could make instant coffee, ramen or tea. If you like soft beds, reconsider this hotel. My only complaint concerning the hotel is the lack of adequate WiFi . Hit and miss at best. Neither did google maps aide me in getting around. Would only suggest public transportation routes, not walking routes. I didn’t get a chip for my phone. That may help. I got no phone reception on the street. Anywhere in Incheon. "

"I am a solo traveler from Texas. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, for 14 days in 2022 and 16 days just 2 weeks ago. This is by far one of my favorite hotels in Seoul. The staff knows enough English to be helpful, even with taxi info. There’s cleaning service every single day if you need it. Restaurant and gym on the property. Corner store and starbucks right downstairs and everything you can think to eat across the street. The distance might be farther away from the usual tourist sites, but there’s a subway right around the corner. An easy card only laundry mate less than 5 min away. 10/10 experience every time and I can’t wait to come back. "
