"Staff was very helpful. Convinient late check in time (3am) unlike other hotels in the area that provided a cut off time of midnight or earlier for check in. Yes, they had a curfew on check-in time! It was important to us as our flight landed at 11pm! A huge convenience store Don Quijote adjacent to the hotel was a bonus."

"Quite beautiful location on a great bay and beach, easy walk to snorkeling, outstanding food in the restaurants on site. Great shopping on site at the same cost as anywhere on the island. Zukeyama was a short 15 minute walk to the south of this resort which was an absolute delightful Japanese restaurant operated by husband and wife, best sashimi I’ve eaten in many years."

"Pros: Friendly staff, staff will drive your car and park it for you upon arrival in driveway (need to pay for parking). Free drinks in lobby (Okinawa style juice, tea etc). "

"This was our third stay at this lovely hotel. As always, it was great. The only problem was with the Expedia booking: although we paid for the included breakfast when we booked, the hotel staff said we had not. So we had to pay twice for breakfast. This is an Expedia problem (google "Expedia breakfast scam" and you'll see), not a Strata problem, so better not to select breakfast if you book through Expedia. Better yet, book directly through the hotel or a different booking agency. "
