"Amazing service,staff and food The breakfast staff is excellent...Neveen, Ragab, Mohamed, Ahmed, Laila, all the chefs really everyone of them .as well as the supervisors ...can't remember all the names but outstanding staff and service. All what this hotel need is to renovate the rooms that are still have carpets and change the windows and curtains in the rooms Bathrooms as well need renovation in the rooms "

"I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff and overall service were at an outstanding level. A special mention goes to Kowther, who assisted me in the lobby. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude were remarkable. She demonstrated the qualities of someone who deserves to be in a management position. Her service reflects both her own dedication and the strong support and training provided by the leadership team. I also want to recognize the Front Office Manager and her team—they were equally outstanding. Thank you to the entire Hilton Corniche Alexandria team for delivering such a memorable experience.
