"The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in.
The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning.
The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised.
The concierge is very helpful and even left us...

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. "This is the perfect little single room efficiency with kitchenette and full bath. It’s small but would be perfect for a single or couple who rented a car or otherwise has transportation and wants to experience Niseko. There no much in walking distance but a whole lot in a few miles drive. "

"Nice 5 star hotel. The service and staff is top notch. The views are spectacular. Great place to retreat to and relax. We stayed here for 1 night in our trip through Hokkaido.
My only issue was at check in. We were required to make the dinner reservations and meal selection at the front desk. And not everything we wanted was available to us. So it was very awkward experience in my opinion. I don’t know if I made a mistake not reserving the restaurants in advance but it is hard to know what you want for dinner up to 7 months in advance. Maybe it was just better to order room service. "

"We stayed 3 nights in Ki Niseko Hotel in a mini one bedroom apartment with a view of Mount Yotei this summer. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to restaurants in town and opposite our favourite town coffee shop in Rhythms where they made great coffee, fresh smoothies and veggie sausage rolls!
We enjoyed the hotel and the space and amenities in the room, but found the town during the early summer months too quiet, with minimal restaurants, shops, bars and cafes open which was such a shame as the countryside around was beautiful. Ski lifts weren’t open yet so we couldn’t use them to walk in the hills and mountains surrounding the resort.
We noticed the summer season starts July 19th so I imagine after then more would be open.
The area is positioned well for hiking and exploring, you will definitely need a car.
The hotel has a nice onsite restaurant which we ate in once and enjoyed the food (minimal vegetarian options however). Breakfast was ok, a little limited in Western options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel and would recommend if staying in the area for a short break. "
