The Spa was very nice however it could do with being open longer hours.

Staff were very kind, room was clean, isolated from town and train station. There is a free shuttle but runs only once per hour. Beds were very had and very uncomfortable. No restaurants around since so far from town, but breakfast and dinner buffet was adequate

Hotel with sports facility
This is a sports facility more than hotel. If you plan to play golf, tennis, swimming, etc. it worth to stay here. How ever nothing is free including swimming pool (regular pool $10 pool with big slide, $23) and parking $5.

If staying for a long time might run out of stuff to do. A very nice buffet is available.

Comfortable and relaxing stay
The overall experience was satisfying. It was perfect for a chance to relax in a hot spring and enjoy a good meal not too far away from home. While the area is remote and hot spring is probably not a natural one from the smell of chlorine, it more than met our expectations and was relaxing. The changes since change of hotel ownership were minor but they were basically only tweaks and improvements to the atmosphere. I would stay there again for sure!

家族旅行で利用させていただきました。バイキングも美味しく隣接されている森林の湯もとても快適でした。子供達も大喜び。スタッフの方々もとても親切で是非また利用したいと思います。

ちつま恋リゾート
今回は2泊朝食夕食付きのプランで滞在。 夕食が2日全く同じお料理、、、 残念でした。 かなり古い感じでしたが、 お値段的には、快適に過ごせました。 チェックアウト後にも温泉に入れるのはいいです。

お風呂は天然温泉、木々の中にあり、静かでなかなか広々。男湯、女湯交代制。片方の方がサウナなど広め、ただお湯の温度などがもう片方とくらべ低めだったので、サウナで汗が出にくかった。 チェックイン前の入浴のタオル貸し出しについて、問い合わせた人により対応が違う。有料と聞いていたが、結局チェックイン時間前でも無料でかしだしてくれた。ただ、荷物は預かってくれす、300円のロッカーに入れるはめになった。無料で預かってくれても良かったのでは?と思う。

全体的に広々としていてよかった。マイナス面もいくつかあり、部屋の隣がエレベーターで昼間はコンスタントに騒音がありました。またこの施設は子供の合宿が多いようで、サッカーチームや英語研修など複数のグループが利用しており、大浴場へ行ったときは大勢の子供が飛び込んだり泳いだりして大変な騒ぎでした。また、エレベータの中でのいたずら（サインボードをはがす、各階のボタンを押していく）なども目立ちました。利用を考えている方は合宿施設であることも考慮した方がよいかもしれません。

快い対応
東名高速の渋滞に巻き込まれて、到着が大幅に遅れてしまい、かつ夕食もギリギリになったのにもかかわらず、快く対応していただきまして、ありがとうございました。 出来れば、幼児用のスリッパが有れば良かったのですが、無かったので大きいスリッパを履いていました。

桜のいい季節に訪れました
一泊で家族利用でした。長期的に滞在し、施設内のアクティビティを沢山利用すればこの施設の魅力をより感じられたと思います。 元号が令和になってしばらくしたらきっとリニューアルオープンすると思われます。その頃にもう一度訪れたいです。
