"Rooms are small but expensive. No iron and ironing board in each room and just very basic but very expensive. Just OK but I was not impressed, reception and welcoming area looks nice but that’s about it!"

"The property is massively overpriced for the quality of the hotel. There is essentially little to no service, the room are designed to be on Instagram but not to sleep in them… For the same price one can get substantially higher quality rooms elsewhere in Hamburg/St Pauli, or equivalent quality/service for half the price. You should pass"

"If you read my previous review on this hotel, you will probably be surprised that I returned. The management offered me their nicest room with the breakfast to try and compensate for my previous day. This room was clean, although two black towels were found behind a chair that were obviously nothing to do with the hotel. It was a bit weird sleeping in a round bed with the mirrors above it, one could only imagine that it was 1 way glass with camera above you filming 😬 the bathroom was still something out of the year 2000 and seriously needs a revamp, but my biggest grip, considering you are trying to impress and already disgruntled customer, was the heating did not work and the room was like a fridge. To be totally honest, your hotel is a complete and utter contradiction of itself, the outside of the property looks absolutely beautiful, the disappointment hits you like a tsunami when you walk into a room. All in all, highly disappointing and it would not matter if you offered me a week of free stays, I will not be returning. "

"Staff were so unfriendly, when checking In at bar there were 3 staff members who just looked at me for 5 minutes and when I asked them for help they visibly sighed. Terrible experience "

"The apt mentions it has a restaurant, but it closed during covid and hasn’t reopened. It does serve an excellent breakfast, but the restaurant isn’t open for lunch or dinner. I was there on an Easter Monday, and the majority of the restaurants in the area were closed for the holiday. I would not have stayed at the hotel if I had known the restaurant was closed. "

"Rooms are immaculately clean. Mini fridge ok but not cold. On arrival the lady on the desk was moody but all others have been lovely. Evening food at the restaurant was lovely but not a lot of choice on food or drinks and there was the 2 of us and 2 other people in there to eat. Such a shame as breakfast is amazing with lots to choose from, good quality and a completely packed out restaurant. "
