This was by far my greatest stay so far in japan. Amazing food, amazing building, amazing onsen!
But westerners be wary, you will need to sacrifice some of your typical understanding of amenitys, theres no showers in the rooms, and very little english is spoken in this whole town.
That being said i cant rate it less than 5 stars! If you come to this hotel, be prepared to eat (amazing) foods you never thought youd try, and immerse youself in the japanese culture. If you do not want to immerse yourself, this may not be the place for you.

Everything was perfect. They even have different types of shampoo at the lobby for you to try. However, the ones in the room are already good enough. My dry hair became so soft and manageable.
