I stayed at Canadas best recently, and it was amazing! The room was super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Plus, it was really quiet, so I got a great night's sleep. Parking was a breeze too, which made things even better. I'd definitely stay here again!

Check in and check out were seamless. The room was clean and somewhat updated. It did smell of cigar smoke though. The room could have been sealed better so that outdoor traffic noise wasn't heard by guests. I probably wouldnt stay at this property again when in Kamloops.

Pros New fluffy towels, ac worked ok, fridge was a good size and was cold Cons Non smoking room smelled like smoke with burn holes to go along with that. Filthy floor with things stuck to the floor. We had to keep our shoes on Many long black hairs on the shower walls. We had to clean the shower before we could use it. Sink was plugged. My husband dug out a necklace and globs of hair but it still drained very slowly No kleenex Phone not hooked up Bed was hard. We are normally big tippers, but we didn’t leave one this trip

The front desk lady (Raman) is unprofessional, unhelpful and blatantly rude. She said that she is the supervisor which is shocking. We had a car break in and for some reason she could nonchalantly say that nothing ever happened, very weird.

The beds were good and comfortable. Asked for extra chair and pillow and was accommodated. The rooms were quiet from any outside noise, but the floors, walls, bath tub and tub walls, door handles and the doors were dirty. Things like soap suds, hand prints and dirt on the floor. The floor had spill spots. When my husband told the night attendant, he shrugged his shoulder and said " Yes, I know." Nothing was done about it. We were generally surprised by the restaurant. It was quaint. The owner greeted everyone as they came in and the service and food were excellent.

The hotelnstaff was friendly and polite.and veru quick to.correct anywrong doing will definitely stsy again in need for serious uo date not just paint and flopring had a musky smell but ledt the fan and doornopen at times overall quite and comfortable stay

This was the worst hotel stay ever. Dirty, smoked in room. Had to put a pizza box in the window to keep the light out of the room. Snot on the bathroom wall. No shower curtain. AC did not work. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Needed to recuperate after a hospital visit. Staff accommodated room change request to avoid stairs. Nice park down the road for a gentle walk. Kirsten’s Hideout (restaurant in hotel) is a breakfast and lunch place popular with locals.
