"All the family rooms are on the 1st floor with no view of the ocean. Bunk beds have been nicely fitted out but it’s a shame they cannot offer a sea view to family’s. Our view was of a tram stop with trams stopping every 5 minutes so it wasn’t very pleasant and not what we had in mind (or anyone ) when booking a beach hotel. "No one present for check in - felt a bit ‘cold’ - not temperature. Just feeling. No tea & coffee making facilities apart from an extortionately priced vending machine. Also my room was room 1 which was right by the front door, so I heard EVERY guest arrriving, even at 2 & 3 am. The bedroom, shower & room generally was fantastic however so these are just niggles. For the price, it was good value. "
