Fantastic service and love the hotel decor and breakfast

First time staying at this hotel along with my wife and 2 young daughters. Hotel is extremely classy, clean and with excellent service. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Location is super convenient too, with direct access to the IOI Mall which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Super impressed with the hotel and will definitely be back again!

Stay 1 night, very nice and spacious. Easy check in and check out process. Location is very convenient, Pavillion is just beside the building.

Next time will choose to stay more day there.

Perfect homestay for travellers with early flight at KLIA. Just a short drive away and the homestay is well equipped and well maintained.

The apartment is nice and comfortable. But the letdown was the numerous cockroach nymphs seen around the kitchen top and toilet floor.

Overall very impressed with the hotel, clean and new. But rooms facing the freeway were too noisy, I had to request for a room that's facing the other side. Room's door not sound proof, could hear next door neighbor chatting till late. The nearest 24hr convenient shop is about 10mins walk away, so better buy your things beforehand. Shower took quite long to warm up. Wifi is bad though.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Near to main roads. Shoppings available nearby. Lots of good food outlets, economical or special is located very near.

My Bf was first time visit KL, I booked the superior king room for a night.Hotel had accommodate my request for a higher floor with good city view and reserve a car park slot as well. Hotel located besides highway, attached with Cheras Central Mall, it's Convenience to go a walk or cinema. Many local good food around, such as Taman Connaught Dim Sum, not by walking distance but easy access by Grab or Uber. Room is spacious and clean, bed is conformble, hotel staffs are courtesy. Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Very convenient to the MRT & TRX. The convenient stores on the ground floor were also a big bonus. Not as crowded as the city centre. Room amenities are good. I enjoy the smell of fresh linen.
