I had a great experience at KLIA by Avery. The 24-hour concierge service is incredibly convenient, and the hotel is super close to the airport – only about a 15-minute drive! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to grab a meal or essentials. Highly recommended for anyone with a layover or early flight!"

"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids...

"For AUD 27 per night this is extremely affordable and while everything is quite simple inside the unit it is very tidy and clean, the aircon worked very well and there was a nice swimming pool and plenty of food and shopping opportunities just within the complex."
